The program is aimed at participants with knowledge and experience to contribute to class discussion and who derive a significant portion of their business from Latin America or plan to in the future.
Participants will typically be top-tier managers or company owners and have 15 years of managerial experience or more. Members of the class will be selected to ensure diversity of companies, sectors and cultural backgrounds.
