• Provide a forum for discussion which will enable managers to take a step back and reassess their views on the current business environment specifically with reference to Latin America.
• Through in-depth classroom discussions of a range of companies’ best practice from a wide selection of industries and countries, participants will widen their management focus to obtain a more global perspective of the business.
• Challenge old concepts and assumptions in order to align business practices with current trends and economic conditions.
• Present the latest concepts and ideas for developing corporate strategies that create value for the shareholder.
• Allow participants to develop a network of colleagues and contacts that will last a lifetime. Between modules the participants will confront the challenge of connecting not only over cross-cultural barriers, but across time and space to work on joint projects with their teams.
• Help participants identify and analyze the roles senior executives today must play in order to manage their people and lead their companies more effectively. |
