This type of learning methodology globally known as “Participant centered Learning”, drives participants to find their own solutions to problems, applying concepts and theories to real life situations. Faculty and participants reach tangible results in an interactive framework that leads to analysis and discussion.
For this we use different tools such as cases, workshops, simulations and conferences, among others. These have proved to be an adequate method for executives to develop decision making and problem solving abilities and attitudes. Teamwork reflects the practical style that characterizes the school. In the team meetings, the discussions are carried out in small groups to strengthen personal development through interaction.
The participant centered methodology simulates the critical situations based on decisions that executives face in real life.
