  • ​​​Alberto Franichevich graduated as Industrial Engineer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1979 and holds a Specialized Master Degree in Consulting & Coaching for Change (Insead 2002). 

  • He furthered his education with "train-the-trainers" courses on leadership, empowerment, teamwork, total quality, policy deployment, process improvement, interpersonal relationships, innovation, conflict management, influence skills and certification in several assessment methodologies and tools.​​

  • His research work has focused on Strategy Deployment, Diversity Management (Generations and Gender), Talent Development, Coaching and Organizational Network Analysis.

  • He is currently interested in deepening knowledge around Fast Change, Culture for innovation and Creative Teams.

​Actividade​s D​​ocentes en el ​IAE​​

  • ​Since 2000 he works as a full-time Professor at the Human Behavior Area at IAE Business School. As such he has engaged in teaching activities worldwide, working with global, multinationals and local companies.​

Experiencia P​rofesional​

  • His professional career started at Alpargatas, where he worked with the Industrial Department staff. For twelve years he worked at The Dow Chemical Company holding different sales and marketing positions in Argentina and Latin America. He participated in regional and global Business Management Teams and worked out of the Miami Office for 4 years. 

  • His entrepreneurial and independent consulting activity began 1992 when he launched a Kidsports Fitness Club for Kids franchise in Argentina. During 1994 he founded Innovar S.A., a management and training consulting firm. Simultaneously he started developing a licence for Wilson Learning, international consulting company specialized in sales and management.

  • ​​​​By 1997 he had joined Quest Worldwide, a UK based consulting firm specializing in organizational change, as Partner/Director to develop the brand in Argentina.

His extensive business and consulting experience has allowed him to collaborate as a strategic change consultant and/or Executive coach with several companies. His geographic focus has been the Americas, Africa and Europe. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, good German and Portuguese.​​​​​
