The AI Tournament is an international competition organized by IAE Business School (Austral University), designed to recognize and reward young professionals under the age of 30 with full scholarships for the Full-Time MBA 2026.
All phases, instructions, and deliverables are in English, and participation is completely online. The central goal is to foster young talent and provide an opportunity for academic growth in a world-class business environment.
Full Time MBA
The Full-Time MBA at IAE is designed for professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in Latin America and beyond. More than just a business program, it is a personal and professional transformation grounded in virtue-based leadership, academic rigor, and a deep understanding of how to lead through complexity and uncertainty.

How Does the AI Tournament Work?

Online Registration
Each participant must personally register through the official form available on the event website. Registration is free and young professionals from any country up to 30 years old are eligible to participate.

Business Case Submission
The first challenge is to submit a written analysis of the Starlink business case. This report must be submitted in PDF format, in English, according to the instructions shared during the kickoff session.

Video Defense
In addition to the written analysis, participants must record a short video (3-5 minutes) defending their proposed solution to the case. The video should be uploaded as a link to the designated platform, also in English.

CV Submission
As part of the application, each participant must upload their professional CV in PDF format, in English, with a maximum of three pages.

Scholarships apply to the program’s listed price and remain valid throughout the program, provided the student meets all academic performance requirements. Scholarships cannot be combined with other IAE scholarships.

Original Work Required
All submissions must be entirely original and authored solely by the participant. We maintain zero tolerance for plagiarism or unauthorized collaboration.
Fair Competition
Any behavior inconsistent with the spirit of fair competition may result in immediate exclusion from the Challenge, protecting the integrity of all participants.
Final Authority
The jury and organizing team reserve the right to make final decisions on any circumstances not specified in these guidelines. All decisions are binding and not subject to appeal.
