MBA Program

PROGRAM

Each module of the Full-Time MBA goes beyond traditional coursework.

In addition to academic subjects, every module is intentionally designed to integrate three key dimensions: the TEM Program, which supports students’ career and leadership development; the Assurance of Learning (AOL) standards, which ensure academic excellence; and the cultivation of Intellectual Virtues, which foster ethical and purpose-driven leadership. Far from being separate elements, the TEM and Intellectual Virtues are instrumental in achieving AOL objectives—developing not only what students know, but how they think, decide, and lead. These components are woven into the structure and spirit of the program, enhancing the learning journey at every stage.
