Study Trips | GIP
The MBA includes the possibility of participating in optional study trips, fee-based. Past destinations have included Harvard–IESE NYC, China, Silicon Valley, Israel, Italy, Canada, and Mexico. Offerings vary each year, following global business trends.
Study trips provide participants with greater international experience and allow them to discover firsthand how business is done in other parts of the world. In addition to exchanging experiences, they will expand their contact network since, regardless of the chosen destination, they will coincide with MBA and EMBA participants from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay and the Dominican Republic.
These proposals are completely optional and subject to a quota system. Destinations may vary from one year to another.
International Double Degree: University of Hamburg (UHH)*
Students from the IAE Full-Time MBA can earn a prestigious international double degree continuing their studies in Germany, Hamburg: a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with a central role in global maritime trade.

Between September 2027 and June 2028 (dates are approximate), you will take elective courses and complete your master’s thesis at one of Europe’s top universities.
