The IAE Experience
IAE Campus, Pilar
A program to rethink your strategy.
EME provides an outlook based on insights and directly applicable to participants’ issues, helping you and your management team to work on your organization’s problems in order to formulate a strategic diagnosis and to devise a systemic approach to design mobilization efforts.
This program intends to build an active reflection environment for organizational decision makers, enabling them to understand a critical setting, identify strategic opportunities, and design executive mobilization.
EME has been designed for top management executives leading organization change and for the members of their strategic decision-making inner circle.
Strategy, Mobilization, and Execution
The EME experience strikes me as very good and enriching, primarily because the program delivers technical tools as well as other tools associated with adaptive leadership, which is something we often neglect when it comes to strategic planning.
Our key challenge is adaptive; of course, we face a significant technical challenge, but the adaptive challenge –EME’s focus– led to the acquisition of new tools and to many notions we are taking back with us, to use in our daily tasks.
